I'm looking to hire a freelance web producer / designer for a half-day to help with an online project.
It's easy stuff -- helping set up a blog that's a little better designed and more photo-driven that the free Blogger format.
You would need basic HTML, familiarity with Macs and fluent English.
(I speak Cantonese, but the project is not for me.) It would be done one afternoon or evening next week at my flat in Kowloon.

Tempting, but I`m not qualified as I`ve just got a few light jackets (wore one today, it was bloody freezing), no Macs. Have you already googled for "blogger photo templates" or something similar. Lots of free or cheap designs for blogger out there, one might suit your needs. Cheaper than paying a high price just for some simple bit of knowledge.
You know what's embarrassing? We actually found some fancier Blogger-friendly templates online, but can't figure out how to use them. This is for a site for my husband, who's never had a blog before.
I guess I could figure it out with time. I could buy a website-building book for dummies or something. But I don't really have the time.
As my husband is off work next week, we figured we could just get some web whiz kid in for a few hours to help him.
Just set up a simple Blog and improve (decorate) it latter.

I actually did set up a free Blogger blog for him, but he doesn't like it. :(
